PNC Digital Product Manager Sr in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Position Overview As a Digital Product Manager focused on consumer deposit account opening, you will be responsible for leading efforts to create a world-class, digital application experience for our customers. You will grow as product owner on an Agile development team and will collaborate with many teams across the enterprise to drive an evolving digital experience for PNC customers engaging in the Digital Channel.
You will work closely with experience designers, product owners, developers, scrum masters, business systems analysts, software service managers, technology partners and risk governance partners. Openness to learning new ways of working and new skills is a must; a reasonably strong understanding of technology development processes will be beneficial, as well as knowledge of digital project management, user experience design, and a general understanding of design thinking. This will be an opportunity to learn and develop within the evolving space of digital payments working with the latest in PNC technologies.
As an important part of the PNC Digital team, you will have working knowledge of the following preferred items:
Experience with content creation and management
Experience with user experience design
Monitoring and analyzing the success of large-scale digital initiatives
Working with numerous Agile crews and stakeholders to achieve defined goals
Experience with digital accessibility and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
Good understanding of design, development and testing process for websites and mobile apps
Experience with relationship/client management
Manage, foster and improve relationships with business partners
Drive digital strategy for areas of responsibility
Manage to deadlines, project timelines/scope and budget considerations
Supports and executes digital strategy across business segments to optimize digital experience, leveraging design thinking and other best practices.
Completes analysis of digital experience trends, and third party requirements as necessary, in support of the development of new and existing digital experiences. Supports business case development.
Makes effective recommendations for the development and design of new and existing digital experiences. Supports & manages the development, production, roll-out or promotion of digital experiences.
Partners with key stakeholders including Product, Technology, MIS, Line of Business, Marketing and other internal service partners as well as external stakeholders to ensure all digital experiences meet their strategic goals. Participates in product-specific marketing initiatives. As part of the first line of defense, supports risk management, compliance, and audit needs.
Supports business results of recently introduced or existing digital experiences, coordinates reporting, and effectively recommends modifications to improve results.
