Reference #: JN -122024-92119 Description: We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team, providing expert support and guidance on IT-related activities and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical and customer support, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. This role involves working closely with application developers, operations teams, and customers to ensure seamless IT operations and support. Job Location: Pittsburgh, PA with travel within the area required. Onsite presence 5 days per week.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. Rate: $25 - $30 / hr. w2
Responsibilities: Provides support to all IT-related activities and initiatives, including guidance, assistance, coordination and follow-up on IT problems and ensures resolution Provides support to a specific group of customers on applications, infrastructure, and technology related activities for small projects Works with application developers and operations to support production applications and customer specific operations. Work with others to hardware break/fix including (printer hardware, System crash, hardware failure, etc.) Trains customers on new products, applications, and platforms Contributes to the achievement of team objectives
Experience Requirements: 5 years desktop support Experience in technical and customer-support required Hardware break/fix Must be able to fix printer hardware Ability to be onsite 5 days per week Microsoft products ServiceNow Remote Support Experience in the securities or financial services industry a plus. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Microsoft or CompTIA certifications preferred
