As a Business Analytics Manager within PNC's Retail Lending organization you will be primarily based in one of the following locations within PNC’s footprint: Pittsburgh, Cleveland, DC, Tysons Corner, Wilmington, Houston, Dallas, New York, Birmingham, Atlanta, Chicago, Austin or Charlotte. Preferred locations are listed in this requisition. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities can be performed remotely. Additional locations may be considered
Technical Skills Required:
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI.
• Experience writing advanced and complex SQL queries.
• Experience leading multiple projects at the same and ability to prioritize work.
• Experience with setting up Databricks from scratch and ability to lead and train team and establish standards.
• Experience with PySpark and Kafka for establishing data pipelines.
• Experience managing large complex datasets with in Databricks.
Preferred Skills:
• Good understanding of JSON schema, XSD, XML and web services (RESTful and SOAP)
• Experience with developing and maintaining for API’s
• Experience with swagger
Job Description
Manages the development, implementation and support of business analytics initiatives and projects. Leads a team of Business Analytics Consultants and may manage managers.
Identifying, sizing, planning and prioritizing opportunities for processes or performance management through analytics.
Assessing the scope and resources required of various analytics projects to define necessary resources.
Manage key performance metrics and communicate operational challenges.
Monitoring and communicating key performance metrics and operational challenges.

Work Experience
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Base salary: $65,000 - $179,400
Placement within the compensation range is based on the specific role and the following factors:
-Individual salary may vary by geographic location/market data
-Lower in range- Building skills and experience in the job
-Mid-range- Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
-Higher in range- Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
