Adecco is currently assisting a well-known National Pharmaceutical client, recruiting for an Associate Medicare/Medicaid Eligibility Coordinator in Pittsburgh, PA.
Schedule: MON-FRI 6-2:30/ 7-3:30
The anticipated wage for this position is $16.86. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.
This position requires a strong focus around accurate and timely customer support to ensure member enrollment. Key Responsibilities are as follows:
Identifying and processing different types of documents and routing them to the correct area for processing.
Processing returned mail and updating members addresses.
Meet monthly established quality and productivity goals on a consistent basis.
Follow work instructions regarding enrollment tasks
Required Qualifications :
Verifiable High School diploma or GED required
Basic skills in MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook
Related experience of Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines for Medicare Part D enrollment processes
