DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Construction Manager to oversee multiple teams, trades and manage all aspects of general construction, including EPC, GC, permitting, and health & safety. This role will be involved in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects nationwide . Projects include industrial ( e.g., plant manufacturing ) , renewable energy (renewable natural gas), wastewater treatment processes . The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong leadership skills, and effectively communicate with owners, staff, project managers, project superintendents , and other internal or external teams.

Your Role: Project Management & Execution  * Oversee EPC, GC, and manage general construction projects.  * Serve as an owner's representative or independent representative.  * Plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects nationwide.  * Conduct constructability reviews and planning/scheduling for projects.  * Directly lead the project execution, construction, and site safety of all aspects of projects ranging from early civil work thru and including final project commissioning, start-up, turnover, and closeout.  * Plan, lead, manage, and report on site organization, scheduling, and progress.  * Travel to project sites as required (50% overnight or more).

Leadership & Staff Management  * Facilitate communication between management and team of direct reports, conduct meetings, and prepare performance reports.  * Oversee project planning and execution, allocate tasks, and ensure team has necessary resources.  * Provide guidance, foster a positive work environment, and manage performance for direct reports.  * Make informed decisions, address issues promptly, and implement effective solutions.

Quality Assurance / Quality Control  * Ensure all construction activities comply with company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.  * Conduct regular site inspections and audits.

Safety Compliance  * Facilitate and manage all aspects of permitting, health & safety, and compliance.  * Promote a strong safety culture by enforcing safety policies and procedures. Conduct safety meetings and ensure all site personnel adhere to safety protocols.

Stakeholder Communication  * Communicate with owners, investors, lenders, regulators, auditors, and internal teams to provide necessary information and support.  * Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams. Provide regular project updates and address any issues promptly.

Problem Solving  * Identify and resolve construction-related issues and challenges.  * Implement effective solutions to keep projects on track , including both schedule, budgets, and QA/QC .

Financial Oversight  * Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local financial reporting requirements including corporate and sales tax.  * Manage budget allocations and contractor scheduling.

Documentation & Reporting  * Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress /completion reports.  * Ensure all project records are up to date and accessible.

Qualifications:  * B.S. degree in Engineering or Construction Management (preferred).  * 5-10 years of experience in EPC/GC project execution.  * 50% Overnight Travel Minimum is required .  * Oil and Gas Processing or RNG experience.  * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and in project management software and tools.  * Extensive experience in managing small, medium and large-scale construction projects.  * Knowledge of safety and quality standards in construction.  * Self-Starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.  * Effective time management, strong organizational skills, and detailed oriented.  * Positive attitude , s rong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  * A Pre-employment drug screening in compliance with state regulations is required.  * Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions.
