We're seeking a future team member in the role of Associate Lockbox Management Representative I to join our Lockbox team. This role is located in Pittsburgh PA. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Guides staff and ensures processing deadlines are met. Performs day-to-day work when necessary. Handles more critical customer service issues Resolves issues that have been escalated by more junior staff. Performs day to day work, as needed. Leverages a strong understanding of all Lockbox Management areas, processes and equipment Monitors staff production and quality performance objectives and communicates performance feedback and counselling to associates supervisor/manager Responsible for the quality and completion of own work. Helps develop and contributes to the achievement of team objectives To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
