US Tech Solutions Admin/Clerical - Exec Asst II - Contractor Exec Asst II - Contractor in PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania

Job Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.

  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.

  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.

  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.

  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries.

  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Create a network within the company to assist with setting members

  • Skills to communicate with Executive Level members of the organization

  • Calendar management

  • Travel management- will be complex travel

  • Coordinate and facilitate team meetings

  • Agendas and materials are ready for team meetings

  • Coordinate all hands and team events

Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • 8+ years experience required.

  • Previous experience supporting executives required.
