Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounting Manager. This role is pivotal within our organization as it involves a comprehensive understanding of our various departments and their respective data entry procedures. The Accounting Manager will also be tasked with potentially restructuring our organization from an accounting perspective. The industry we operate in is Industrial Manufacturing and Distribution, which forms a substantial part of our business revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution of day-to-day accounting and clerical tasks.

• Learn and understand the data entry procedures of each department.

• Implement and manage efficient accounting software systems.

• Manage the billing functions ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.

• Administer the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure financial data accuracy.

• Oversee high-level accounting functions and maintain accurate financial records.

• Handle the administration of human resources.

• Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient business management.

• Contribute to the restructuring of the organization from an accounting perspective.

Requirements • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably as an Accounting Manager.

• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems is a must.

• Familiarity and experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated ability to manage all Accounting Functions effectively and efficiently.

• Proven experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is required.

• Expertise in Auditing, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Experience in managing Billing Functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration is a plus.
