Accenture Account Manager - Life Science in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Who we are looking for:Accenture is seeking a confident, experienced and detail-oriented Account Manager responsible for managing and leading our relationship with a globally recognized client in the pharmaceutical industry. We are the lead creative agency overseeing this relationship, and this position will center around translating core strategic and creative materials into derivative content to drive personalization and volume. This is a great opportunity for high visibility and partnership with key leaders of our agency.You will be the go-to for the client’s marketing leads and project owners. We need someone who can be a true partner to our client to support the larger team in creating important materials that will help doctors get their patients potentially life-saving treatments.
What you'll do:
Client | Partner with Account Leadership to oversee the translation of our clients' vision into a roadmap that will achieve client goals, while generating work that is creatively interesting, measurable and FDA-compliant with a focus on brand strategy and digital platforms. Be the point person for day-to-day client communications
Team | Partner with Creative and Project Management. Develop tactical and strategic creative briefs based on the annual marketing strategy
Process | Travel as needed to Philadelphia area. Review team deliverables. Provide strategic oversight and ensure the work gets noticed, used and appreciated. Capture and implement best practices and learnings from medical, legal, and regulatory reviews Find innovative ways to build new best practices.

What you'll need:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative agency with a minimum of 3 years of client-facing experience.
Attention to detail with strong anticipatory skills and demonstrated follow-through on scheduled deliverables.
Strong understanding of account finance, billing, and adherence to budgets.
Passion for building relationships that result in new, profitable revenue opportunities as well as driving incremental growth on existing work.
Proven ability to negotiate Statements of Work and contracts - effectively forecasting and scoping work with teams in close collaboration with Project Management.
Bonus Points If:
You have global Automotive, Retail, and/or Manufacturing category experience.
You have specific experience with global clients in creative marketing communications. This is a huge bonus, but not required.
You know Loyalty and CRM programming in advertising.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
