This 2.5-year administrative position supports a National Science Foundation (NSF) Innovations of Graduate Education (IGE) three-year grant awarded to the Swanson School Chemical Engineering Department. The grant involves redesigning the graduate engineering program by breaking the traditional approach to graduate STEM education by creating and validating an approach focused on personalized learning. The grant also involves developing and delivering materials to faculty and administration in other STEM programs so that they can also implement the new educational approach.
