Fleet Transportation Accounting Clerk
This position will be responsible for assisting with accounting activities related to fleet and vehicle maintenance shops.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assisting with Internal and External audit preparations .
Participating on various teams and projects as opportunities arise.
Possible vehicle registration processing
Setting up vehicle equipment in master data
Scanning regulatory documents to the vehicle system
Tolls and citation processing
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High Sc hool completion or GED equivalent
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
W orking knowledge of Excel, Word, Internet .
Ability to work well under pressure.
Able to effectively communicate in both verbal and written form.
Ability to meet deadlines.
