Conduct project execution in a global delivery model for delivery of projects using various methodologies like Lean and Agile Scrum, Partner products, tools & platforms. Execute and lead projects and engagements for financial industry customers. Lead projects/releases for end-to-end QA activities. Ensure optimal automation in the projects by building and executing test automation metrics to the client. Implement RCA (Root Cause Analysis) framework in testing for effective corrective and preventive actions. Establish Performance testing standards and process using LoadRunner in C and .Net. Define test strategy, test deliverables, defect management, risk management, and resources management. Lead projects in Online Banking, Mobile Banking systems. Perform Manual testing, Functional testing, Automated testing, Web Testing, Client Server testing, Service testing, Mobile testing, Report testing, Data testing, ETL testing, ATM testing, IVR testing, Mainframe application testing and Test Data Management. Use VBScript, JAVA, SQL, C, C#, .NET, ASP.NET, HTML and tools like HP QC/ALM, HP UFT, Selenium, Appium, Apache J Meter, Eclipse, SoapUI, Jira, VersionOne, Microsoft Test Manager for testing. Administer mobile banking test strategy and different versions of iOS and Android mobile devices. Reduce testing cost, enhance speed to market and optimize ROI by implementing Test Automation using UFT, and other In-House Tools. Perform data validations using SQL/PLSQL in various databases like Oracle, SQL Server, and other RDBMS. Conduct web services testing through Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), and Representational State Transfer (REST). Define and review Defect Matrix, Defect Analysis, Test Execution status, Defect Lifecycle, Age of open Defect on a daily and Weekly Basis. Accomplish Risk Based Testing approach and assign them in HP ALM tool.Bachelor’s degree (or equiv) in CompSci, Engg (Comp/Mech/Electronic), or related field, plus 5 years of experience in occupation involving similar duties/technical capabilities. Must be willing to relocate and work anywhere in the U.S.
