Health Lynks LLC Medical Laboratory Supervisor in PINE BROOK, New Jersey
Responsible for the ongoing, effective operation of complex clinical testing in the department. Supervise technicians when operating complex computerized lab equipment to conduct chemical analysis of body fluids, including blood, urine and spinal fluid to determine presence of normal or abnormal components, analyze prepared biologic specimens, and assure tests are performed accurately and efficiently, and results are reported in a timely manner. Planning work load distribution and scheduling of personnel, maintaining regulatory compliance with state standards, and monitoring quality assurance programs to continually improve client services. Evaluating staff performance and competency. Training/overseeing of new employees.Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Biology or Medicine with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical field. Experienced in training.
