Job Title: Solar Project Manager

Job Description

We are a full-service Solar EPC specializing in Project and Construction Management for Commercial and Industrial Solar Projects. This includes Rooftop, Canopy, and Ground mount services. Historically, our projects have been in Washington DC and New Jersey, but we are expecting a significant workload in Maryland this year. As our team grows, we are looking to bring in a Senior Project Manager to oversee all of our work in New Jersey. This is a high-level role, and we require a minimum of 2 years of experience acting independently in a PM role, dealing with rooftop commercial projects ranging from 1-5 MegaWatts in scale. You will review engineering plans, manage procurement of materials, select and manage subcontractors, and communicate with clients to keep them updated on the progress of multiple projects. You will report to the Director of Project Management and have a support staff provided to you, including on-site construction managers and PM admin staff in the office.

Hard Skills

• Rooftop solar project experience (1-5 MW)

• Project management (design review, procurement, construction management, subcontractor management, project closeout/commissioning)

Soft Skills

• Client communication

• Deadline management

• Team coordination

Job Type

This is a direct permanent position.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Pikesville, Maryland and some days remote.

Work Environment

In-office job at Pikesville work address with limited travel.
