About the Team

At Nutanix, our Treasury team is a dynamic and growing group responsible for managing financial assets and investments globally. You will report to the Treasury Director, an experienced leader with a strategic vision and a supportive coaching style. The Treasury team at Nutanix operates in a hybrid work setup, offering flexibility and a healthy work-life balance. While our employees have the option to work remotely, there may be some days when it is necessary to come into the office for team meetings or collaborative projects.

At Nutanix, we value work-life balance and understand the importance of personal time. Therefore, there are no extensive travel requirements for this role within the Treasury team. You will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our global operations without the need for frequent travel, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional results in a supportive and engaging work environment.

Your Role

• Manage global cash management processes

• Oversee banking relationships and operations

• Ensure efficient cash flows across entities

• Maintain bank account structure and documentation

• Implement controls for bank account access and payment approvals

• Assist with annual insurance renewal

• Identify and implement improvements in banking, insurance, and ERP

• Support evaluation and enhancement of Treasury Management System

What You Will Bring

• 5+ years of relevant treasury experience

• Experience in international treasury and global insurance

• Strong technology skills and ability to leverage technology to streamline processes

• Ability to identify and implement control solutions

• Ability to prioritize work and scale operations in a fast-paced technology company

• Self-starter with strong ethical standards

• Detail-oriented, organized, and transparent

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 106,240 and USD $ 212,880 per year.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
