Job Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Nursing/Clinical Manager is responsible for the planning and coordination of direct resident care services.
Serves as a core member of the interdisciplinary client care team.
Has the necessary authority to assess, plan, evaluate and teach in patient situations.
Carries out administrative responsibilities as delegated by Director of Nursing or Clinical Manager.
Education and/or Experience
Graduate from an accredited RN school.
Participates in educational conferences and updates and maintains current professionalism.
Clinical competency related areas of responsibilities.
BLS must be completed within 6 months of start date and maintained.
Attends all mandatory departmental meetings and in-services.
Licensure/Certification/Registration
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota.
Work Schedule
Evening shifts; 80 hours every 2 weeks
2:00 pm - 10:30 pm
Every other weekend
Every other holiday
Occasional call time (about 12 hours per month)
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$31.00 - $46.50 per hour
