Avera St. Mary’s Hospital is looking for a Radiology Technologist (ARRT) lll to join our Team!

    Job Summary

  • The Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) III is accountable for performing radiological procedures as directed.

  • Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development and possesses the ability to respond to specific issues and data reflective of the patient/customer's status.

  • Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for the population served in the department, from birth through geriatric population.

    Education and/or Experience

  • Satisfactory completion of formal Radiologic Technology training in an AMA-approved school and meets the requirements for registry by the ARRT.

  • 0 – 6 months of experience is preferred.

    License/Certification/Registration

  • Must be certified by and maintain current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.

  • Must have and maintain 2 or more additional radiology certification beyond ARRT registration and certification.

  • BLS completed within 6 months of start date is required and must be maintained.

    Work Schedule

  • Monday – Friday; 72 hours every 2 weeks

  • Day, Evening, and Night shifts

  • Occasional weekend

  • Occasional holiday

  • Occasional call time

    Pay

    The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

  • $30.25 - $45.75 per hour
