Job Summary
The personal trainer is accountable for demonstrating knowledge of the principles of growth and development and possessing the ability to respond to specific issues and data reflective of the patient/customer’s status.
Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for the population served in the department.
Provide members with an individual training program that is tailored to the needs, wants and desires of each client; based on their health history, test results and fitness goals.
Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
0-6 months of experience is required.
1-2 years of experience is preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration
BLS certifications is required.
Valid Personal Training Certification is preferred.
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday; 80 hours every 2 weeks
8:00 am – 5:00 pm
