Job Summary

  • Responsible for operating MRI equipment to make clinical diagnostic images as directed by physicians and performs routine diagnostic procedures according to established standards and procedures.

Education and/or Experience

  • Associates Degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school, or based Radiologic Technology Program is required.

  • At least one year of experience with thorough knowledge of radiologic and MRI terminology, practices and procedures, physiology and human anatomy of training/experience in MRI is required.

  • 1-3 years of experience with thorough knowledge of radiologic and MRI terminology, practices and procedures, physiology and human anatomy of training/experience in MRI is preferred.

Required License/Certification/Registration

  • ARDMS or ARRT – Radiographer is required.

  • ARDMS or ARRT – Magnetic Resonance is preferred.

Work Schedule

  • Monday – Friday; 80 hours every 2 weeks

  • Day/Evening shifts
