Avera St. Mary’s Helmsley Center is looking for a Lead - Nutrition and Food Service!

Job Summary

  • Supervises department activities/functions performed by food service associates to provide patient meal service which includes patients from infants to geriatrics.

  • Depending on workflow, employee will assist other work areas including production line, room service, cashier and dish room attendants and be physically able to perform all functions of these jobs.

Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • ServSafe certified or enrolled in course within 9 months of hire.

  • Previous leadership experience and/or food service work experience preferred.

Work Schedule

  • Day/Evening Shifts; 80 hours every 2 weeks

  • 11:30 am - 8:00 pm

  • Every other weekend

  • Every other holiday

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

  • $18.25 - $22.25 per hour
