The Vice President of the GMNS Quality & Oversight COE will lead a newly established team focused on enabling and supporting GMNS in meeting expanded operational, regulatory, and third-party risk and compliance requirements. This high-visibility role will drive process excellence and project management support for complex/multi-market regulatory or compliance implementations. The position will play a strategic leadership role in optimizing business processes, implementing process improvements, and fostering efficiency and control through our processes .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive the adoption and implementation of process excellence methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, BPM) across the organization

  • Rapidly document and serve as point of contact on highest-complexity, highest-risk processes within GMNS, leveraging cutting edge technologies to do so efficiently and accurately

  • Execute process improvements , ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable results

  • Develop and implement project management methodologies, tools, and templates to ensure consistent and effective project delivery

  • Proactively identify emerging trends, best practices, and innovative approaches in process excellence and program management and embed into GMNS’ ways of working

  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, empowering employees to identify and implement process enhancements

Qualifications :

  • 10 years of experience in financial services or payments

  • Previous leadership experience in driving large-scale process transformation and quality control in complex organizations

  • Experience in process mapping, SOP development, and control enhancements to drive operational efficiency

  • Comfort and familiarity with cutting edge GenAI and / or automation tools to aid process excellence

  • Proven experience building and leading a team of ‘experts’

  • Superb stakeholder management skills with the proven ability to influence across a matrixed environment

  • Extensive background in process excellence and risk reduction, with a mix of hands-on and academic experience

  • This role is ideal for a strategic, results-driven leader passionate about process excellence, cultural transformations, and proactive quality management

Qualifications

Salary Range: $185,000.00 to $260,000.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits
