• This position will troubleshoot existing software, configurations, and associated interfaces; interact with internal and external customers, law enforcement agency partners and third-party vendors. It will also provide support for data exchanges, including Open Data provide technical support of any critical system change, upgrade, migration, and implementation.

• Applicants must have experience in Linux, TSQL/SQL, Message Queue (IBM MQ) and Shell scripting.

• Advanced knowledge of troubleshooting Law Enforcement Critical Systems and Interfaces.

• Database development experience is needed, as well as writing SQL queries and stored procedures. The responsibilities include those of a systems analyst that must be able to support application and interfaces.

• At least 3 years would be preferred and previous experience Supporting and Troubleshooting Law Enforcement Systems and Interfaces is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related field. Other combinations of experience and education, which meet the minimum requirements, may be substituted.

• Law enforcement experience is a plus.

Top skills: SQL, database conversion experience, system install and deployment experience/troubleshooting, data analysis and scripting.
