Summary

The Support Team Coordinator maintains product content within omnichannel commerce platforms (IX-ONE, Syndigo, 1WorldSync). This position manages repository for details of promotional and product sample activities. This position also supports successful execution of sales and marketing shows, events and mailings as requested. The Support Team Coordinator manages order collection and submittal for certain individual stores. This position also provides backup to Sales Support Team as requested. This is a remote opportunity offering competitive hourly compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1) Promotions Coordinator

  • Populates promotion template with data supplied by sales team.

  • Ensures promotions fall within guidelines.

2) Product Sample Process Ownership

  • Ensure samples are charged to appropriate GL (protein vs sales/mkt budget).

  • Facilitate post-sample follow up with sales team.

  • Monitor and report delinquent updates.

  • Share results with Revenue Growth Manager for ROI analysis.

3) Trade Shows, Meetings, Events, and Mailings Support/Liaison

  • As requested, coordinate attendee/invite/mailing lists, calendars, itineraries, and travel arrangements to support trade shows, meetings, events, and mailings.

  • Coordinate timely placement of orders for product and marketing materials. Coordinate details as needed across Operations, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Product Demand Planner, Warehouse, Transportation and Finance teams.

  • As requested, provide on-site support for trade shows, meetings, and events.

4) Data and Digital Asset Management within IX-ONE, Syndigo, 1WorldSync. Ensure new items added and existing items updated as specs change.

5) Calls specific stores for orders and submits consolidated order form to SSP team for entry

6) Assist Niman Ranch Hiring Managers with New Employee Onboarding.

7) Assist sales team with self-management of Canto, POS ordering, CRFI, and PDR.

8) Manage new associate and replenishment orders for branded apparel and business cards.

9) Manage POS vendor, inventory, and order approval.

10) Provide support and backup coverage to SSP team as requested, including order checking, order entry, and invoicing.

11) Direct oversight of Point of Sale vendor.

Minimum Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field

Experience Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a Support or Coordinator role.

  • Must have excellent organizational skills supported by sound business and industry experience.

  • Requires attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, and coordination of multiple departments.

  • Excel knowledge and experience is a must.

  • Independent decision making required to manage branded apparel requests within budget.

  • Ability to work independently to lead and coordinate meetings across multiple departments to problem-solve and manage projects.

  • Up to 25% travel as needed to plant, customer, distribution, and/or event locations.

Experience Preferred

  • Experience working in Sage ERP.

Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements

  • Position is mostly sedentary.

  • May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.

  • May need to access files, supplies and equipment.

  • Role may be performed remotely, with up to 25% travel required.
