Fiserv Sr. Integrated Solutions - Deposit and Operations Analyst in Phoenix, Arizona

What does a great Sr. Integrated Solutions - Deposit and Operations Analyst do?

  • Provide detailed analysis of potential defects/bugs identified by our client base, which may include but not limited to:

  • Recreating the condition on the test database

  • Using remote access to dial into the client database and/or Data Center

  • Provide scripts using SQL with PLSQL to analyze or troubleshoot data

  • Use/install debug tools to assist with troubling shooting

  • Help client support teams by reviewing cases, troubleshooting, joining calls and providing general support when needed

  • Interacts with development and QA-triage relative to systems bugs and defects

  • Attend special project meeting, release meetings, EIRT calls and client calls

  • Must meet high expectations around aggressive case management goals

  • You will provide detailed analysis of issues; both in writing and verbally

  • Be able to stage test scenarios in test environments, recreating and documenting each step as reported by client

  • Will collaborate with internal groups to resolve client issues, actively contributing to the effectiveness of the team

  • Provide superior client support through excellent written and verbal communication, responsive follow through, and advocacy for client issues within internal groups

  • Will follow internal procedures and processes to streamline the case handling process

  • Will read/understand documented processes for workflow and functionality. Can relay and put in place when necessary

  • Must be analytical with a comfortable level with customer facing role

  • Perform other duties as required

Basic qualifications for consideration:

  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience

  • At least 5 years of previous customer applications support experience and 3 years of experience in a bank environment in back-office operations, researching issues related to application area

  • Previous experience using PLSQL

  • General knowledge/exposure to Oracle

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required, as well as the ability to keep sensitive information confidential

  • Strong research and problem-solving skills

Preferred qualifications for consideration:

  • Understanding of DNA Functionalities and process, including but not limited to:

  • General Deposit Processing

  • ATM/Shared Branching Support

  • ATM Transaction Processing (Card Denials)

  • Daily Network Card File Support

  • Other tasks as needed

  • General understanding of IRA’s - Types (Roth, Inherited, Etc.) and Regulation Guidelines

  • Ability to understand and support Federal and State Regulations and apply rules to DNA Processing

  • General knowledge of Regulatory guidelines and year end processing

  • General knowledge with Safe Deposit Box Methods

  • DNA Authorizations & Cycles

  • ACH Inclearing, Origination and Processing

  • Cashbox set up and processing

  • Branch Configuration & Management

  • Statement Processing & Cycle Configuration

  • FCRM (AML Extract) & Verification Module

  • Surround Product Authorizations and Configuration

  • Proficient PC skills, Microsoft Office application experience

  • Experience in .NET Technology

  • Dedication to quality and high-level customer satisfaction

  • Excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to deal with time constraints, emotional situations, and conflict

  • Ability to work well independently and within a team
