Good Afternoon! Our client is hiring for several hybrid customer service positions on their Small Business Credit Cards team. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with an established company in the financial field. This role will train in the office with the opportunity to shift to a hybrid model after training is completed and if performance metrics are being met. If you are interested, please today! SHIFT: Mon-Sun; 8am-8pm (8 hour shift within this range and will work a Saturday OR Sunday with 1 day during the week off)

salary: $19.99 - $20 per hour

Responsibilities

SHIFT: Mon-Sun; 8am-8pm (8 hour shift within this range and will work a Saturday OR Sunday with 1 day during the week off)

• Taking 40-60 inbound calls per day to service the needs of small business credit card customers

• Will deal with a variety of different needs including but not limited to fraud, payments, adding card holders, adding admins, disputing transactions, etc.

• Going through product conversion - converting small biz cards from Visa to Mastercard.

• Could be calling about claims, unauthorized transitions, making payments, replacing cards, activating cards
