The University of Phoenix seeks a Senior Search Analyst based in Phoenix, AZ to analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for optimizing SEM and SEO. Perform analysis using web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Bing Analytics, Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics, as well as utilizing database queries (SQL), AWS, Power BI / Excel, Python, and other software tools. Create Search Pacing dashboards/reports to track search performance and provide insights and guidance. Develop predictive models to forecast the performance of SEM and SEO and provide actionable recommendations to the search team, utilizing a deep understanding of bidding strategies and algorithms such as ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPC (Cost per Click), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), CPL (Cost per Lead), and organic search KPIs. Leverage data science techniques and tools, statistical analysis, machine learning and predictive modeling to extract actionable insights from large datasets. May telecommute up to 5 days per week from anywhere in the United States. Annual Salary: \$110,000/year - \$140,000/year.
