Job Description

The TeamMate® Senior Consultant will:

• Provide expert internal audit consultation and training support to customers in relation to TeamMate product usage., becoming a "trusted advisor" for the customer's auditing, and related, activities.

• Configure TeamMate products and supply our customers with expert evaluation and best practices based on an examination of their business process and cycles.

Primary responsibilities:

• Professionally and effectively engage with the customer to determine existing business needs with a focus on how TeamMate can best accommodate their methodology and needs.

• Effectively analyze customer requirements and provide consulting to help the customer adapt their current methodology, including best practices, to integrate with the TeamMate product offerings.

• Configure customer environments based on business requirements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any implementation issues and recommend corrective solutions and alternatives.

• Identify risks, assess potential impact, and consult with customer and Project Manager to prepare a mitigation plan.

• Educate customer on how to use the solution for business activities, for all implemented TeamMate products and features.

• Perform special, or other, projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management Information Systems, etc., plus minimum of 5 years related work experience; or 7 years equivalent related work experience.

• Experience facilitating and presenting to medium-sized groups virtually and in person.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the development of customer-facing deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internal/External Audit experience

• ICFR, risk management, performance audit, compliance, and/or data analytics experience

• TeamMate software experience

• Consulting, agile, and/or business analysis experience

• Software implementation or training experience

• Travel - up to 30%

• Business knowledge of French or Spanish
