Job Description
The TeamMate® Senior Consultant will:
Provide expert internal audit consultation and training support to customers in relation to TeamMate product usage., becoming a "trusted advisor" for the customer's auditing, and related, activities.
Configure TeamMate products and supply our customers with expert evaluation and best practices based on an examination of their business process and cycles.
Primary responsibilities:
Professionally and effectively engage with the customer to determine existing business needs with a focus on how TeamMate can best accommodate their methodology and needs.
Effectively analyze customer requirements and provide consulting to help the customer adapt their current methodology, including best practices, to integrate with the TeamMate product offerings.
Configure customer environments based on business requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve any implementation issues and recommend corrective solutions and alternatives.
Identify risks, assess potential impact, and consult with customer and Project Manager to prepare a mitigation plan.
Educate customer on how to use the solution for business activities, for all implemented TeamMate products and features.
Perform special, or other, projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management Information Systems, etc., plus minimum of 5 years related work experience; or 7 years equivalent related work experience.
Experience facilitating and presenting to medium-sized groups virtually and in person.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the development of customer-facing deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications:
Internal/External Audit experience
ICFR, risk management, performance audit, compliance, and/or data analytics experience
TeamMate software experience
Consulting, agile, and/or business analysis experience
Software implementation or training experience
Travel - up to 30%
Business knowledge of French or Spanish
