Job Overview:

The Asset Management Sr. Associate is responsible for managing, organizing and tracking the company's assets to ensure they are maintained, accounted for, and secure. This role requires a strong understanding of asset management principles and the ability to work independently to achieve results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accurate records of all assets including location, value, and condition.• Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of asset records and update as necessary.• Plan and execute asset management procedures such as transferring, disposing, and updating assets.• Liaise with relevant departments to ensure assets are being utilized effectively and any potential issues are resolved.• Provide support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders regarding asset-related matters.• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements regarding assets.• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in the asset management process.

Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of experience in an asset coordination role.• Strong understanding of asset management principles and processes.• Excellent organizational and time management skills.• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.• Familiarity with asset management software and systems.• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
