EXOS Sales Development Representative in Phoenix, Arizona

Job Summary:

We're seeking a results-oriented, motivated, and strategic 'hunter' who excels at generating and qualifying leads. As Sales Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role on our new Inside Sales team, contributing to our rapid growth by leveraging your expertise in proactive outreach and lead generation.

In this role, you'll be responsible for proactive outreach to top prospects, educating them on Exos services, and generating opportunities within our Enterprise segment. If you have 1-2 years of relevant sales experience, a collaborative mindset, a competitive nature, and thrive in a fast-paced, growth environment, then this is the career path for you!

This role reports to the Director of Sales Operations, and is a hybrid role, with periodic onsite time required in either our Phoenix, AZ, or NYC corporate offices.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Within One Month, You'll:

  • Attend Exos New Hire Orientation

  • Join training sessions to understand our services and solutions

  • Begin 1:1's with your manager and dive into your territory

  • Set your OKRs with your manager and develop an action plan

  • Start cold calling and learn to overcome objections

    Within Three Months, You'll:

  • Have a strong understanding of Exos and pitch our value proposition

  • Meet regularly with the Enterprise sales team and peers

  • Continue your education around Exos competitive advantage

  • Consistently achieve your activity goals

  • Become an expert on internal tools and processes

    Within Six Months, You'll:

  • Consistently meet or exceed your quota

  • Continue to focus on your OKRs

  • Assist in the development of best practices for lead generation

    Within Twelve Months, You'll:

  • Be seen as a trusted business expert, making a significant impact

  • Be considered a top-performing SDR by consistently exceeding goals

  • Work with sales and marketing to create new campaigns

  • Set an example for new SDRs, assist in training, onboarding, and motivating new team members.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS/BA strongly preferred

  • 1-2 years of relevant sales experience required

  • Previous proactive outreach experience required

  • Collaborative mentality with a focus on 'we,' not 'me'

  • Results-driven & competitive nature

  • Superb writing, communication, and listening skills

  • Outstanding time management skills

  • High level of empathy

  • Proven ability to make strong connections and overcome objections

  • Desire to move up the ranks and become an Account Executive in the future

  • Ability to travel and represent Exos as needed at meetings and conferences (5%-7%)

Residents of California, Colorado, New York City, and Washington: Per pay transparency requirements, the base compensation for this position ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 annually, plus additional performance-based incentives. Pay is dependent on factors including location, specialty, certifications and work experience, as well as other business and organizational needs.
