Residential Sales Specialist - Low/Medium Voltage Products

This position will be remote in the greater Arizona market .

Role Description

  • Development and support of distribution, contractors, builders & developers. Sales opportunities with a focus on successfully securing residential product sales through the areas channel partners.

  • You will provide a market presence and channel support in the aforementioned area to achieve market share growth year over year.(Market focus will be in Arizona and Southern Nevada)

  • Product support to focus on Residential Products in the Single Family, Remodel and Multi-family market spaces.

  • Develop relationships and influence through National and Regional home builders working in the area along with modular home builders to drive share increase in Single Family residential market.

  • Building long term relationships with senior management at key distribution and contractor accounts with focus on conversion of new accounts and to broaden the scope of resi products sold into existing accounts.

You will win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree is strongly desired, although a combination of education (HS Diploma or GED equivalency is a minimum requirement) and directly related work experience will also be considered.

  • 3+ years of successful sales experience or equivalent sales support in the industry

  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills

  • Ability to travel 15% of the time

  • Knowledge of Low Voltage power distributio n and residential electrical products.

  • Self Starter with strong work ethic and committed to do what it takes to get the job done.

  • Currently reside in the United States and legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

The pay range for this position is $ $57,900 - $99,200 and is eligible for Sales Incentive. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
