Motion Recruitment Partners Recruitment Coordinator III in Phoenix, Arizona

Contract | $30/hr | Phoenix,AZ

Our client, a leading issuer of personal, small business, & corporate credit cards, is looking to hire a Recruitment Coordinator III to join their team in Phoenix, AZ or Sunrise, FL!

* This begins as a 4-month contract, with the opportunity to extend or convert at anytime *

In this position, the candidate would be responsible for assisting the Recruiter and Hiring Leader with tasks and activities throughout the hiring lifecycle such as leading screening and interviewing logistics, tracking candidate progress in applicable recruiting technologies, and initiating and managing the background verification process of candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Help ensure a seamless end-to-end experience for candidates, hiring leaders and recruiters

  • Support recruiter in generating and sending offers and contracts to candidates, as well as disposition correspondence as needed

  • Initiate pre-hire activities including background checks and drug screens

  • Conduct follow up as needed to provide a positive candidate experience during interview process

  • Creating offer and contract documentation

  • Provide support for ad hoc reporting requests as needed

Desired Experience

  • A minimum of two years of recruitment coordinator or related experience; preferably within a financial services or technology organization

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Experience with recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms such as Taleo preferred

  • Ability to collaborate with candidates, hiring leaders and teammates in an engaging and persuasive manner

  • Experience working in a fast-paced customer centric environment preferred
