Position Summary

  • Provide technical support for macOS devices including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, diagnosing problems, and implementing solutions in a timely manner.

  • Manage and maintain macOS systems, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest software updates, patches, and security configurations.

  • Deploy and manage software applications on macOS devices using tools such as Jamf or similar MDM solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Apple products into existing IT infrastructure and workflows.

  • Assist with the configuration and administration of Apple services

  • Develop and maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and best practices for supporting macOS devices.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Apple technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously improve IT services and support.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience supporting macOS devices in an enterprise environment.

  • Strong knowledge of macOS operating system, hardware components, and troubleshooting techniques.

  • Experience with device management solutions such as Jamf Pro, Apple Configurator, or similar MDM platforms.

  • Familiarity with Apple deployment programs and services such as JAMF

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with end-users and stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of JAMF platform

  • Experience working in large scale Apple environments

  • 3+ years of experience supporting macOS devices in an enterprise environment.


HS Diploma or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$92,700.00 - $185,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
