Our client in the home services industry is looking for a Divisional Marketing Manager to take charge of innovative and\ results-driven consumer marketing initiatives for Phoenix brands.
You must be in the Phoenix area to be considered. This opportunity is 40 hours per week, remote. However, local travel will be required to different brands in Phoenix area 1x a week.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:\ - Develop individual marketing plans and strategies for 4 -5 brands with special focus on new customer acquisition\ - Collaborate with local General Managers to develop marketing strategies for different brands across the organization\ - Work closely with campaign team, digital marketing, and other regional marketing leaders to align marketing\ strategies with each individual brand\'s goals\ - Monitor and analyze the performance of each brand, providing reports, insights and actionable recommendations to enhance effectiveness.\ - Manage and monitor the social media content calendars and reputation scores across all platforms.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:\ -Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field\ - 4+ years experience in marketing\ - Experience in budgeting, results analysis and planning\ - Experience identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate\ - Experience utilizing various marketing-based systems and software\ - Demonstrated knowledge and experience utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook) or similar software\ - Must thoroughly enjoy marketing, being client-facing, and working with a team
