Honeywell Machine Operator - Level 5 (FAA) in Phoenix, Arizona

As a Shared Resources Workflow professional here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and streamlining our workflow processes, ensuring efficient utilization of shared resources across the organization. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing workflows operations that enable seamless collaboration and resource allocation, driving operational efficiency and productivity.

You will report directly to our Supervisor and work out of our designated location in Phoenix at Honeywell Aerospace Global Headquarters.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on the organization by improving the utilization of shared resources, reducing bottlenecks, and enhancing overall production efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization, ensuring smooth and effective resource allocation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead cross-functional teams to perform multiple shared resource processes to support overall Reman operations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.

  • Run daily Tier board meetings to provide production, safety, quality issues on an ongoing basis.

  • Monitor and analyze workflow performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

  • Learn existing tools and methods to implement optimal production performance.

  • Coordinate new employee and cross-training to support employees.

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in workflow management, process improvement, or related roles.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

WE VALUE

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • Experience with workflow management software or tools.

  • Six Sigma or Lean certification.

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
