We are in search of a Litigation Attorney with 1+ years of experience to join our law firm client's team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is crucial to our client's operations, focusing primarily on business and real estate litigation as well as general civil litigation. Our client needs someone who is actively licensed in Arizona and will consider candidates at all levels of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Handle civil litigation cases and provide legal advice related to business and real estate matters.

• Utilize legal pleading skills to draft and review documents.

• Employ Case Management Software and Document Management systems for efficient handling of cases.

• Use Adobe Acrobat and 3M skills for document preparation and management.

• Prepare for trial by gathering and analyzing evidence, conducting legal research and managing discovery processes.

• Manage complaint handling process and argue motions effectively.

• Conduct depositions and briefing as part of case preparation.

• Ensure adherence to all legal standards and regulations.

• Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure a cohesive approach to case management.

Requirements

• Applicant must hold a valid license to practice law in Arizona

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Litigation Attorney or in a related role

• Experience with Case Management Software is required

• Expertise in Document Management and Briefing

• Proven experience in Civil Litigation and Complaint Handling

• Skills in drafting Legal Pleadings and Trial Preparation are essential

• Familiarity with Discovery processes in litigation

• Experience in Arguing Motions in court

• Proven experience in conducting Depositions is necessary
