Adecco is hiring for an International Shipping & Logistics Coordinator, for a local client in North Phoenix, AZ! In this role you will be responsible for verifying, packing, and shipping international orders with high accuracy. Ensures compliance with customs regulations, export administration rules, and dangerous goods handling.
Job Description: International Shipping & Logistics Coordinator
Pay: $19/hr to start
Monday-Friday 10AM-6:30PM
Your Day to Day:
Verify orders picked to ensure quantities and items are correct.
Ensure high levels of accuracy on required international shipment documentation.
Physically and systematically pack orders for customer fulfillment.
Transact orders out of the D365 system.
Efficiently ship out international orders on a timely basis – Dangerous Goods experience is required.
File ACE/AES paperwork and coordinate movements between carriers.
Coordinate with assigned Freight Forwarders to provide export documentation.
Working knowledge of LTL, Air, Small Parcel, and Ocean transport
Knowledge and experience with Customs Regulations, BIS, Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and Dangerous Goods.
Maintain a clean and safe environment.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proven success packing and shipping orders.
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Valid Driver's License as this position is required to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment to safely move parts to proper locations and load/unload steel trucks as necessary
As this position serves as a key member of our Supply Chain, Operations, and Distribution Center Team; ability to stand for upwards of 8 hours a day; as well as lift, carry, move packages and materials up-to-50 lbs on a regular basis, with or without special accommodations is required

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
