Honeywell Inspector - Level 2 in Phoenix, Arizona

Launch innovations in nearly every commercial and defense aircraft platform.

Provide Quality Control Inspection support for Honeywell Phoenix Engines while partnering with manufacturing teams and leaders. You will ensure that quality in being maintained in all factors involved in production.

Inspectors will determine sequences and set-ups needed to perform the inspection process. Inspectors are a critical aspect of product compliance ensuring product conformance and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform inspections, read blueprints, understand dimensions and tolerances

  • Comprehend written documents, procedures, work instructions, and forms

  • Utilize instruments such as bore gauge, profilometer, caliper, etc.

  • Record observations, generate inspection reports

  • Ability to work overtime and weekends

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications

  • Experience with Geometric Dimensioning, and Tolerancing

  • Familiarity with the FAIR process

  • Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status

    WE VALUE

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Knowledge of labeling / part marking requirements

  • Knowledge of standard concepts, practices and procedures in quality control inspection field

  • Good analytical and creative problem solving skill

  • Ability to use tools and techniques to perform inspections

  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
