Job Title: Inside Sales Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing our business by maintaining their own book of business. This role involves using both inside and outside sales experience to create and build relationships with businesses to secure new business and expand current business engagements. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, answering incoming calls and taking orders, and reaching out to prospective clients through various communication channels. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with a focus on business-to-business sales activities. As a problem solver, you will address customer concerns and navigate sales challenges effectively. We expect a strong team player who collaborates well with colleagues and exhibits a comprehensive understanding of the sales process. You will build and maintain trust with long-term customers, work towards ambitious sales goals, and efficiently utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships and sales activities. This position allows you to demonstrate your ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and continually improve sales skills while adapting to evolving market trends.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Phoenix, Arizona.

Work Environment

The position is situated within an inside office environment, as part of a cohesive team of 4 sellers. The standard working schedule is Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with no weekend work required.
