TEKsystems Hybrid - Administrative Technical Assistant in Phoenix, Arizona

TEK Systems is now hiring for an entry level administrative role with a large insurance company in the Phoenix area!

Qualified candidates should have...

  • 1-2 years of business experience or experience in a customer service role

  • Basic Excel experience (reading and editing spreadsheets, locating data within Excel documents)

  • Ability to multitask, hold self accountable, and make decisions with minimal supervision

  • Any experience with insurance is preferred but not required!

Job Summary: The main job function of this role will be to make audit assignments, triage completed work, and obtain new line contact information

  • Audit assignments and back-office support through daily/monthly low complexity tasks

  • Complete audit assignment packages

  • Inspection reports for audit staff or communication to audit vendor.

  • Work order creation

  • Administration of various email boxes

  • Triage completed work to ensure proper routing and updating applicable systems with received dates

  • Monthly self-reporting of applicable performance metrics which may include production time attendance.

  • Note: this is more of an office role, and will not require phone calls/phone customer service!

HOURS: 8:30-4:30pm
