Position: HVAC Maintenance Technician
The HVAC Maintenance Technician inspects HVAC systems to make sure they are in proper working condition. They will test for function and efficiency when called to a customer's home. They are integral and adapt to a steady demand based on call volume and business need.
Service Technician Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and make repairs
Respond to all inquiries
Maintain Customer Service relationship from start to job completion
Sell and upgrade HVAC equipment and comfort systems
Be knowledgeable on basic home equipment for cross-selling
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years HVAC Service Experience
Proficient in building long term customer relationships
Skilled in Verbal and Written communication
Overcome objections with ability to validate customers while gaining business
