Description We are seeking a highly organized HR Recruiter to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity in the banking industry, with a focus on IT recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the hiring process, maintaining accurate records, and leveraging various tools and platforms to find the best talent.

Responsibilities:

• Use various platforms such as ADP - Financial Services, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Careerbuilder, Kronos Timekeeping System, Microsoft Excel, About Time to source and attract candidates.

• Conduct thorough background checks on potential candidates to ensure they meet the company's standards and requirements.

• Oversee the hiring process, from initial application through to the final decision, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

• Utilize Workday and other HR systems to manage and streamline recruitment processes.

• Act as a point of contact for all recruitment-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, building a network of skilled professionals.

• Regularly monitor and report on the status of open positions to ensure recruitment goals are met.

• Display a hunter mentality, proactively seeking out new talent rather than solely relying on incoming applications.

• Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.

• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Recruiting, preferably within the Banking industry

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience with hiring platforms such as Careerbuilder and Workday

• Familiarity with Kronos Timekeeping System and Microsoft Excel

• Experience using About Time software

• Ability to conduct comprehensive Background Checks

• Knowledge of Benefit Functions within the banking industry

• Strong skills in Documentation and Hiring Processes

• Must have legal right to work in the country of employment without sponsorship

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work under pressure

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
