job summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Freight Operations Coordinator to manage customer profiles, enter loads into the Freight Optimizer system, and ensure timely and accurate deliveries. You will communicate with account managers and customers, monitor pick-ups and deliveries, verify load data for accounting purposes, and handle issues like overages, shortages, or damages. Additionally, you will schedule and reschedule deliveries, and provide routing instructions to drivers. Strong organizational and communication skills, along with experience in logistics, are preferred.

work hours: 8:42AM to 8:42AM
