We are looking for someone to leverage our platform and products and to partner with the broader University Recruitment team to help us develop a stronger and more diverse pipeline that represents our global users. We take Facebook's mission of discovering top talent and serving our employees seriously.Facebook is seeking a Program Manager to join our University Recruiting team in support of our North America Global Marketing Solutions and Business communities. The University Programs Manager will be responsible for creating and executing a number of functional operations aimed at delivering a best-in-class internship program. The programs will support across all Global Marketing Solutions & Biz functions including but not limited to, Global Operations, Scaled Global Business Group, Solutions Engineering, Finance, Legal, HR, etc. This individual will have a bias for action, take joy from designing and delivering programmatic content, and know how to strike the balance between optimizing a global strategy and customizing for local clients.

Required Skills:

  1. Serve as the main point of contact for recruiting leads, intern managers and other program partners in all locations

  2. Manage performance review process for interns

  3. tailor evaluation guidance and work with program partners to align to program goals and execute

  4. Identify intern program Directors and Managers each season who will oversee the interns and provide training to assure a positive support structure

  5. Coordinate and support facilitation of intern calibration sessions across all GMS and Biz pipelines

  6. Work cross-functionally with business partners, site leads, training POC's and global program managers to ensure a positive intern experience

  7. Partner with internal teams to develop, scale and refine tools to support the global program and ensure appropriate data integrity

  8. Drive the design and delivery of global learning & development programs specific to the intern experience including intern manager training

  9. Provide clear communication of progress, roadblocks, updates, and future plans to the client teams, recruiting management, and localized site leads and directors

  10. Own enterprise long range global projects to improve the overall program. Partner with global counterparts to understand needs and unique attributes of other pipelines as you build and design solutions that impact the global internship program

  11. Effectively leverage data to track key program performance indicators, identify trends and ensure projects and programs align to company priorities

  12. Present and discuss intern program results and strategy to up-level the program to business leaders

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 4+ years of program/project management experience

  2. Organizational skills

  3. Analytical, detail-oriented problem-solving skills

  4. Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high volume environment

  5. Effective communication skills

  6. Experience working effectively across teams, and with employees of all levels within Facebook

  7. Business acumen and experience handling ambiguous situations while delivering on desired goals

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. University Recruiting/Intern Program experience

  2. 1+ years of recruiting experience

  3. 1+ years of diversity focused initiative support and/or a strong interest for furthering diversity

  4. Experience manipulating large data sets in excel

  5. Experience setting up/refining internal tools for client groups
