What the day will look like

In this position, you will contribute to the success of the Client Team by taking ownership of and accountability for assigned projects and deliverables. The Health & Benefits Financial Manager Specialist will serve as an integrated part of the client team on all aspects of day-to-day client delivery. This includes:

  • Proactively build knowledge base for health and welfare benefits

  • Develop understanding of basic business and financial concepts

  • Collaborate with others to get input on identifying and resolving issues

  • Collect, analyze, and prepare information to facilitate requirements of financial deliverables

  • Leverage Actuarial/Financial tools and models to help our clients make better decisions

  • Create process efficiencies within the financial practice

    Additionally, you will participate in Aon’s Early Career Development Program which provides critical training, exposure to Aon solutions beyond Health, and networking with your peers across the country.

    Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Business, Finance, Ecomonics or a related degree preferred, but open to other majors

    The salary range for this position intended for U.S. applicants is $63,000-$69,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of State/Region. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
