ManpowerGroup Data Processing Specialist in Phoenix, Arizona

Manpower is seeking candidates for a Manufacturing company in North Phoenix.

Working 12 hours shifts must be Flexible to work Day or Night shifts

Paying $22.00 hourly

Position: Manufacturing Specialist

  • Work in an office-based command center environment (90%) multitasking with tracking systems to monitor the semiconductor manufacturing of wafers. Additional cleanroom duties (10%) include need to wear PPE suit and assist with FOUP transfers weighing between 20-25 lbs.

  • Utilize your knowledge of MS Office, Excel, data tracking, and coordination in a collaborative team environment.

  • Utilize tool problem solving, teamwork, documentation, and check for proper tool operation.

  • Utilizes training, peer support, following SOP procedures, and structured work flows to perform position duties daily

  • Ability to communicate with manufacturing and module team members

  • Assist in manufacturing functions, including data collection & handle tool alarm recovery.

Requirements:

  • High school Diploma or GED required

  • Associates and non-STEM bachelor’s degree considered

  • Experience working in desktop or cubicle office setting, sitting for long time periods

  • Prior Semi-Conductor experience considered

  • Fundamental Microsoft Excel and computer skills.

  • Exhibit typing skills of at least 25 wpm

  • Production work shifts are on 12-hour shifts on day shifts or night shifts, 3-4 days per week

  • Must be able to work any shift requested, initial training is M-F days

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Teamwork/team player

  • Stable attendance
