Customer Service Representative Job Description:

Phoenix Window and Door is looking for a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison, to provide product/services information and resolve any problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Willing to train the right person!

Qualifications

The qualifications, physical demands, and work environment characteristics listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform the job successfully

  • Starting wage of \$20-\$23 an hour
  • Monday-Friday
  • 8 Hour AM Shift, Normal Start time is 6:00am
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Ability to work in the office daily. This is not a remote position
  • Professional verbal and written communication with the ability to maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Technically proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
  • Ability to be proactive and take the initiative in problem-solving
  • Must demonstrate organizational skills, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Must have positive attitude when working with clients and coworkers

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Create customer service tickets for required service and parts and Communicate updates via email with customers and Service Techs daily.
  • Schedule Service Techs daily and attach proper documentation for all services.
  • Collect and follow up on Purchase Orders.
  • Complete tasks and resolve challenges with other departments in a timely manner.
  • Take ownership and quickly resolve any issues regarding customer/homeowner requests by managing expectations by ordering and scheduling services.
  • Ensure excellent service standards by responding efficiently to customer inquiries.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Willingness to provide improved solutions to become more efficient.
  • Cross-train, share best practices as needed within Customer Service Department as needed.
