The hiring manager is looking for customer service professionals who can provide their clients with +1 service. This opportunity is 100% on-site. salary: $19 - $21 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Client Assistance: Provide specialized support and answer complex questions related to retirement accounts and plans, including handling inquiries about IRS rules and regulations.

• Transaction Processing: Process various retirement account transactions such as distributions, Roth conversions, and changes to tax withholding elections.

• Client Loyalty: Inspire trust and loyalty through providing high-quality, personalized solutions that fulfill client needs and retirement goals.

• Problem Solving: Help clients resolve issues, clarify complex topics, and provide education on retirement planning and account management.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to foster a supportive and collaborative environment, prioritizing team success and client satisfaction.
