Arizona Autism United Client Onboarding Coordinator in Phoenix, Arizona

We are currently looking for a highly skilled, detail-oriented and collaborative administrative professional!  This role works closely with our client families to ensure successful onboarding into our ABA programs and helps support many of our direct care staff working in family homes. This position is part of a team of support specialists that helps to ensure efficient service delivery operations, as well as compliance with funding sources. 

This is a full-time, hybrid position, with a starting pay range of $19 - $24 per hour DOE, plus a competitive benefits package. 

Job duties include:

  • Obtaining authorizations and service plan documents

  • Processing family intake documents

  • Managing service coordination tracking systems

  • Communicating via extensive phone and email communications with staff and client families

  • Data entry and verification into systems and Excel worksheets

  • Manual and electronic filing, clerical support

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Although not required, top candidates will have experience with different funding sources (including government programs such as the Division of Developmental Disabilities), and some experience with behavioral health services and programs.

Other qualifications include: 

  • GED required; College degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred

  • Successful experience in a role that required strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail.

  • Proficient typing skills and high competence in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Teams, etc.)

  • Very strong communication skills: interpersonal, oral and written

  • Ability to work in a positive and professional manner with a wide variety of people both inside and outside the organization

  • Ability to multi-task and respond quickly and professionally to multiple requests

  • Self-motivated and directed, ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Must be able to successfully pass a fingerprint clearance check, a tuberculosis screening, and other related hiring requirements

  • Must have reliable transportation and ability to provide proof of car insurance and registration
