Description:

TEKsystems is looking to add 2 BSA's to their Process Pillar of their Site Reliability Center (SRC). These BSA's are needed to develop or review process documentation supporting SRC Policy and Procedure documentation. Process Documentation, Ongoing Process Improvement identification and execution, support ITIL functions. This is a new organization- policies need to be in place and process improvements need to be made, so it’s important that this team is resilient as they support all pillars.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create and refine process documentation in various formats including written and workflow formats to align to higher level policies and procedures

• Recognize and evaluate opportunities for process and workflow improvement

• Generate report and presentation materials utilizing Excel and PowerPoint

• No project work. They are a RUN organization and support 24x7 operations.

Must Have Technical Skills:

· Microsoft Office tools including: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio (VERSION- Always the latest- 365)

· Collaboration tools including:

• Teams

• Confluence - no particular version; PNC is up to date

· Process mapping

· Jira

Flex Skills/Nice to Have:

· Project management

· Leadership skills
