Job Summary
Lambert is looking for an experienced Multimedia Producer to join our Brand Journalism team. If storytelling is your passion and you see unique, creative ways to craft stories utilizing video, audio, infographics, social media, the written word and multiple other techniques, we want you on our team.
Main Responsibilities
Main client contact for assigned Brand Journalism projects and be curious, questioning and not afraid of digging deep to understand the “why” of a project, while learning about the client, the subject matter and become an expert on the topic to own the story from start to finish.
Constant and clear communication while leading Brand Journalism projects from the beginning to end, which includes participating in writing proposals, Discovery and strategy sessions, ideation and execution of production, reporting project status and performance metrics, developing case study on success of overall plan.
Work with account teams to identify and conceptualize storytelling strategy for clients, including authentic and engaging story themes that resonate with target audiences, determine optimal publication format, distribution platforms and timelines.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to determine most effective interview subjects and imagery, utilize key persona data, identify most effective storytelling form and tools for publication, and how to incorporate key messaging in an organic, genuine approach.
Coordinate and manage several aspects of the video production process, including, but not limited to, creative direction, conducting research, pre-production, leading shoots (both on location and virtual), conducting interviews, organizing logistics, writing scripts, post-production, managing deadlines and communicating with the team, internal and client, each step of the way.
Manage multiple projects at once, including developing and implementing project proposals, oversight of production team (internal and freelance), monitoring hours and budget scoped, work with accounting team on invoicing and billing.
Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements related to storytelling techniques, multimedia production, social media and digital marketing, while incorporating innovative techniques into our projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Journalism, Film Production, Multimedia Arts, Communications) or equivalent experience.
3-4 years of proven experience in client communications, video production, writing for both video and editorial, social and digital media content development.
Proficient in industry-standard software for producing, writing and editing (e.g. Word, Excel, Adobe products, Dropbox, Vimeo, Google Drive, Streamyard, etc.)
Outstanding project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and organizational skills in managing fast-moving deadlines, as well as incredible attention to detail and a solution-oriented thinker.
Creative thought-leader with the vision to convert a client’s overall goals and objectives into a successful campaign.
